Anonymous asked: Can cats get ill from catching bat's?
I am not an expert but cats really have a risk of catching an illness from eating any wild animal. Cats though have a built emune system to flush most of these deseases and bugs out. Also with vaccines and medicines cats have a better chance out there. My cat i dont let outside but most of these cats are feral anyway and prefer to hunt. Bats surprisingly rarely carry any major deseases because they are less than 1% of having rabies and eat bugs that usually cause lyme desease. So bats arent a terrible animal for a cat to catch. Id be more concerned of land rodents because they can carry parrasytes and other deseases. (in Isreal though they dont even have squirrels)
today i learnt that 5% of uk adults legit do not believe the holocaust happened, so if you’re following me i really really encourage you to do your research, identify and squash anti-semetic conspiracies but most of all have empathy. i know it sucks to think about but with the last of the survivors in their late 80s, its our responsibility to remember the holocaust, or we are complacent if it is ever to happen again in the future
I just found out commercial characters have their own little fandoms and it’s the funniest thing in the world when people make them interact.
I love how The World’s Most Interesting Man (link) and Old Spice Guy (link) are all like “Hell no, I don’t have a feminine side” while Mayhem Guy (link) is out here like “Hell yes I’m a woman! And I just found out that you’ve been cheating on me for two years so now I’m destroying everything you love and I’ll take everything else in the divorce!”
